Order processing times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, our processing time may take up to 5 business days. Rest assured, we are tirelessly working on getting your order processed as quickly as possible. 

 

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouses in the United States, and we pride ourself on doing so. Orders shipped within the United States will arrive within 3-7 business days; or sooner, dependent upon on your shipping option chosen at checkout. 

 

Shipping costs

Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $79.99 or less before taxes, have rates dependent on weight and distance. 

Orders shipping to an address in the United States with an order value of $80.00 or more before taxes, have free shipping.

Expedited shipping costs are dependent upon your delivery location and vary in pricing.

Lost orders

In the event that a carrier has lost your order, you will just need to sit back and relax. Although lost orders are out of our control, we will ensure that we make it right. We will send a replacement order for the exact items that were lost, nothing more, nothing less. If we are out of stock for any of your items, we will issue a store credit of the amount of the item(s) you purchased but did not receive.
